There is no greater commitment to nature than to ensure its care after you’re gone. Whatever legacy you created during your lifetime can continue, often in your name, in perpetuity with a bequest to the Sierra Club Foundation.
We are honored to have been entrusted with the bequest legacies of such great environmentalists as Rachel Carson, Ansel Adams, and individuals like you who knew that nature needed and deserved ongoing protection.
Bequests provide tremendous tax benefits because they are wholely deductible from an individual’s estate. Bequest intentions may be included at the time a new will is drawn, or added to an existing will through a simple codicil. Our staff can provide simple language to share with your financial planner.
